These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the provision of our automotive customization services, including performance tuning, aerodynamic modifications, and custom fabrication. By accessing our site or engaging our services in Singapore, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Aether Dynamics provides highly specialized custom automotive modifications. All clients must acknowledge that certain performance enhancements, including engine mapping and suspension upgrades, may significantly alter the vehicle's driving characteristics and may affect existing manufacturer warranties.

• All project builds are subject to a detailed fabrication agreement.
• Compliance with local LTA (Land Transport Authority) regulations in Singapore is the ultimate responsibility of the vehicle owner.

All content on this website, including designs, custom fabrication blueprints, project photos, and the Aether Dynamics brand identity, is the exclusive property of Aether Dynamics. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Custom projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure fabrication slots and procure high-performance components. Final payment is strictly required upon completion of the build and prior to vehicle release from our Spooner Road facility.

Aether Dynamics warrants that all custom work is performed to professional industry standards. However, due to the nature of high-performance tuning (track-use and extreme conditions), Aether Dynamics is not liable for mechanical failure resulting from misuse or participation in competitive motor racing events.
